Soroptimist improves the lives of women and girls through programs leading to social and economic empowerment.
Women and girls have the resources and opportunities to reach their full potential and live their dreams.
2nd Thursday of every month held at W. Kirking Way in Coeur d'Alene.
Founded in Coeur d'Alene in 1948, we are a dynamic worldwide organization for women in business, management, and professions working through service projects to advance human rights and the status of women and girls. Our largest and most publicly visible project is the Soroptimist Children's Counseling Center. Housed within Safe Passage, formerly The Women's Center of Coeur d'Alene. The Children's Center provides free counseling to children who are victims of or witnesses to domestic violence.
Our club is focused on fellowship and friendship with a passion for our mission and volunteer opportunities. Through Soroptimist International conferences our members gain leadership and personal development opportunities.
